2026 Jeep Wrangler Willys

I live in Reno and found my dream Jeep at the Jim Marsh Jeep dealership. I’ve never bought a vehicle without test driving it before so I really felt uncomfortable doing so, but it was a risk I was willing to take for this Jeep. Let me say Michael Phelps our salesman absolutely made this experience one of the best I’ve ever had. Even more impressive since most of the ground work was done 400+ miles away. I cannot say enough good things about Micheal, his dedication and care to providing the best possible experience was honest and genuine and so rare to find these days, especially in car sales. Jim Marsh Jeep has the best service department. I always get in timely and never wait too long for my Jeep to be done. When there’s an issue they work to resolve it quickly and stay in contact with me. I normally work with Veronica and she is always a pleasure to work with. If you need a salesman Johnny is your guy. I have purchased 2 Jeeps from him already. He is outstanding.

Had the best experience at Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep! Our sales rep that helped us through the whole thing, Nelson, was amazing. He made buying a car such an easy process and was very informative. He listened to my needs and helped me find the best car for me. He was very personable and kind. Would recommend going to this dealership to anyone. And if you go, ask for Nelson he rocks.
