Our experience was awesome!!! I was a needy customer....Darius Edwards and German Fuentes did everything in their power to help us get in the vehicle we wanted. When we got to the dealership Saturday night we were in and out just like they promised. Thanks for Jeff in finance as well for the amazing experience. We will definitely return for anther vehicle.

Wow, by far the best vehicle buying experience in my lifetime. I had already visited another dealership only to find that the vehicle I inquired about was not at that location and they tried to talk me into a much more expensive vehicle. When I called AutoNation Houston I spoke to Alex and let him know my experience. He promptly assured me the vehicle I was inquiring about was available, that they actually had two that met my needs and were in my price range, and within 15 minutes sent pictures of both vehicles. It was late in the evening and we wouldn’t be able to arrive until 8 pm and they close at 9 pm. Alex assured us it was fine and they would be waiting for us. When we arrived both vehicles were parked up front and newly washed. We drove both and picked the one I liked most. I got a very fair trade in and financing was no hassle! It’s the first time I’ve had a no nonsense, straight forward financing experience. Alex has kept in touch and answered any and all questions I’ve had about my new Ram truck! I cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience with AutoNation Houston, especially my salesperson Alex! ????????????

Check engine light issues were resolved, windshield wiper pump changed and Juan Reyna ensured my inspection was done due to being at the end of the month and I need to get new sticker quickly. I truly appreciate such thoughtfulness about the inspection. Love the Shuttle drivers, especially Shaun, he was a great and respectful driver. Shaun communicated when he was enroute and arrival time. I recommended this service department for all vehicle issues.
