She was comfortable with texting and didn't pressure me to immediately drive to their dealership to discuss the deal. I very much appreciated her willingness to communicate this way because we all know the whole process of buying a car is excruciatingly painful. We received financing from our local credit union before going, but the team was able to beat our credit union rates significantly.
