I had a great experience with them. Yes I has some issues with my truck but it wasn’t the dealerships fault. Carl, Tim and the service department worked tirelessly to try to make it right until we came up with the best plan. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Definitely a customer comes first with zero run around. If you’re calm and collected with professional outlook you will get the best results. Hard to control mechanical issues. Things happen. This place is very friendly, Ron worked very very hard to make sure we got the best deal possible. We traded in a vehicle and he negotiated not once but twice on my behalf to get a higher trade in value. The vehicle we got was a very good price, and again Ron negotiated on my behalf to get the vehicle price even lower then listed. Ron was very nice and not pushy at all. He let me change my mind and was honest about every vehicle so I made sure to get something that best fit my needs. Throughout the purchase and financing process Ron was very good at keeping communication and I never felt lost or forgotten. He consistently made me feel like a priority.
