Honestly I had such an amazing experience with Papa’s. I wasn’t looking forward to entering the car buying market, but I knew after my horrible experience at another dealership I wanted to go somewhere with a good reputation. I got the chance to work with Al who was so patient with us and was amazing at guiding us through the process. Can’t recommend them enough!

Did recall for my Jeep Cherokee 2014, brake pad change and change oil. They have free coffee, water and sodas while waiting for your car to get it done. Their waiting area is nice with a dinner and a small shop for shirts, hats, etc. 6 years ago I bought Jeep Rubicon here and have a pleasant experience with their staff. Since then, I did all my scheduled maintenance and recalls here. For their change oil, it’s better to call before coming in as they have a lot of customers. I highly recommend and continue to do business with them.

My experience with Papas was very positive. My salesperson, Henri, was very knowledgeable, genuine, and understanding. He supported me in every step of the car buying process. Additionally, Marty was helpful in addressing all of my concerns and making sure my new car was safe to drive. The dealership also has a diner so you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for your car, which gives it a homely feel. Overall, I am very happy with my new car (which was cleaned and shining when I drove it off the lot) and would recommend asking for Henri to help with your next purchase!
