Absolutely amazing customer service by Adeel in the service department! Was so fast with taking me in, putting my car in the shop, and having it out! Came out to the lounging area to give me multiple updates and drove with me to hear a weird sound in my car. Also, showroom as whole was impeccable. I attached a handful of photos for reference but overall I’m super impressed by the caliber this dealership is operating at. 10/10 would 100% recommend!

Safford Brown Sterling Jeep did an EXCEPTIONAL job working with me and getting me into the Jeep I wanted. And before I go any further, I have to call out my sales associate Abe and Emily in finance. Ask for Abe - best thing you can do. He will represent you well. Here is my story: I had a STUNNING deal in hand from another dealership on a new 25 Rubicon and was planning to going to ink the deal and then thought I'd call Safford Brown with a request I was sure they couldn't match, but on a 26. I called Abe, told him I wanted no fuss, just a transparent and honest negotiation. He listened CLOSELY, worked with me o get all the relevant information to the sales manager, and they quickly worked up a deal that exceeded my expectations. Abe worked his magic and got me to where I needed to be and he moved quickly, but without error. And he was wonderfully polite, honest, and very hard working. He's what a sales associate should be and I hope we will work together again. Emily in finance was very professional: clear in all the details, zero games, and no high pressure add-ons. She did do her due diligence and walk me through the warranty products they offer, but I never felt pressured. She's also great with people. And thanks to Safford for giving me a good deal on my trade. No lowballing and no games: they made trading easy. Treat them with respect and they will treat you well. Actually, they will probably take care of you either way, but treat them well, please. They are good people, they are each credits to their profession, and they take every but of the dread out of car buying. And don't forget to ask for Abe!

Safford Brown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Sterling has fantastic customer service which consistently makes for a very nice experience. Service was great with the very best service advisor Chris Durbin. He is the reason I switched over from Nissan to CDJR, from reviews from people I respect. It is with regret that it took me so long to write this recognition for Chris because he is really awesome. He knows about cars so he will check with the technician, he will often advise what’s not necessary and where I should take my car when the armrest wears out. Thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and generous with his time to explain what’s needed. I will be coming back as long as Chris is there and I hope CDJR recognizes what an exceptional service advisor Chris is. P.S. The shuttle is a great addition.
