2026 Dodge Durango GT Plus AWD

I had my 21 Ram to the West Herr dodge dealership in Orchard Park Ny for an issue that has been going on for a while now. Jeffery the service representative that was helping me get the issues worked out did a great job. Jeffery did all the leg work between the dealership and the warranty company and then back to me. He kept me informed and updated through out the entire time I was at the dealership. Great job by all thank you for the hard work.

I had a problem with previous work done and Jeff came to my rescue. I've been with West Herr for 3 of my cars. I've never had a problem with them. I have grace and understand things happen in life. So customer service is huge to me. I take pride in my customer service so being on the other side of it I have to remind myself to have grace with people. From leaving a review and instantly receiving a call for help was amazing. We set up an appointment right away. I expressed my concerns and they made sure I was cared for. I drove away with a quiet truck and peace of mind. Thanks so much for taking pride in your work. Thanks to the other guy in the front desk as well. I didn't get his name. I went in to ask questions the other day and he explained what was happening and broke it down to me. That also gave me a peace of mind until my appointment. Thanks guys Blessings

Scott was easy to deal with as he wasn't pushy on any of the vehicles we looked at and drove. He made sure we got the vehicle we wanted. I recommend dealing with him as he is a down to earth guy, and not just after a sale.
