I had such a great experience at Delaney Hyundai. All the staff was extremely kind but I worked most directly with Holli, Michael, Noah, and Bert. Holli Canton is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She was extremely knowledgeable, quick to a solution for every problem, and showed an extreme sense of care towards me as a potential client. She was extremely enjoyable to talk to, and fully explained anything you had a question about. You can tell she is dedicated to a positive customer experience with the way she treats you. She answered me immediately every time I reached out, and would literally provide a solution to any issue I ran into during the entire process. She made the process so effortless for me. She had an advanced knowledge of the vehicles, and even checked on me after I bought the vehicle. She has a super star attitude, and I knew from the moment of our first phone call, that I was going to buy a vehicle from her even if I had to wait for one. Luckily enough, I fell in love with the vehicle she had ready for me! Hands down the best sales person and experience I have ever had. Michael Black, the manager, was so kind, inviting, and willing to help right away! He jumped in to make sure someone was helping me immediately and offered me great deals that I could not pass up! He definitely created a kind, welcoming environment and demonstrated such great respect and confidence in his employees that makes you feel extremely comfortable with buying from his team. Noah Stricker assisted me with the financing and all the paperwork, he was exceptionally patient, knowledgable, and kind through that whole process. He was quick and inviting to answering any questions, and gave full, detailed explanations of everything. Very easy to speak with and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Lastly, Bert and his wife Karen, they actually delivered my vehicle right to my work office for free! They were extremely kind and I had a lovely conversation with Bert. Bert helped me finish up all my paperwork, took me out to walk around the vehicle, and he was so cheerful to be the one who gets to deliver a new vehicle to a customer. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Literally from beginning to end, 5 stars. I absolutely felt like Delaney Auto would have done just about anything to help me out and make this process as easy on me as possible. After everything I just went through since my previous vehicle was totaled, buying a new vehicle from Delaney was definitely the easiest, and most enjoyable part of the whole process.
