2026 Dodge Durango GT Plus AWD

Since relocating to area, this was my first time at Bergeys Dodge/Fiat dealership. Ron in sales immediately came outside to direct me to Service dept. Gals in customer service extended themselves to meet my needs beyond why my appointment was scheduled, and I was so grateful!! Everyone I encountered was so kind, friendly and professional!! I was extremely pleased with the service on my car. This was such a positive experience, I will definitely be returning to Bergeys, as the demonstrated excellence in every way!!!

I bought this 2012 RAM brand new with the intent it be the last truck I ever purchase and that decision has proved to be true. I don't willingly trust anybody with it, but Lancaster Dodge RAM Fiat has earned my trust and I would be reluctant to take it anywhere else. At the Service Dept Terri and Dennis are gems!! I've come to realize my truck is always in good hands with either of them. They're knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. Although a long time coming I recently conveyed this to the General Manager Dean. Thank You
