I went to Mark Porter because I looked at several other dealerships without any luck and very little offer to help. When I pulled in the lot someone was there to help. After looking and not finding what I wanted, the sales man, Donovan Barber, asked me about ordering a new jeep and i could get what I was looking for. I had never had anyone else suggest this. So within a few months, I had my new jeep. The factory left paint smudges on the interior, which the dealership fixed. I also had a nail in my tire when I went back to get the protective coating applied. They ordered a new tire and replaced it without charging me anything.
From sales to service they have been great. They are very personable, they're not just there to make a sale. I drive 1.5 hrs and pass several dealerships to get to Mark Porter.
