I can’t make my life up. When my van tried to blowup and leave me stranded on 87. I had Siri text Tammy to have her let Taylor know I was on my way there and if I’m not there in a half an hour, come find me. Thankfully, I made it to Nemer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram safely and the whole team was ready to help. It was an all hands on deck to make sure I had a safe vehicle to drive until we decided what we were going to do. There was zero pressure to buy anything today, or even in the future. I laughed that I had to go pick up the Nemer Jeep basket they donated for the Carnival. I was not expecting to fall into love with a Ram 1500 today. Dean and I have been talking for months about trading in the van and finding a truck or SUV I loved. When I told the team I was going to steal it if I couldn’t buy, we quickly switched to how can we get her in this as the best deal and as quickly as possible. The plan was to give me a loaner while they got the truck ready. Turns out they were getting in ready so I could drive it off the lot today! I do not think Steve was ready for the bear hug he got. Sitting here with tears of gratitude, while they wrap everything inside. I could not be more grateful for how stress free this experience was. I did not have another crisis is me this week. They even have a real life genius who knows all the ins and outs and set the truck up just how I wanted it and did things I didn’t even know where possible! Thanks Steve Ball!! Highly recommend Frank and team for your service needs! Typically I would avoid the dealerships due to long wait time, but that is not the case here. Everyone is really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Plus they use a program that allows us to get text updates and text with Frank. So convenient!! Definitely the only place I’ll be taking my truck from now on.

I love my new Jeep in the Bikini Pearl that I have wanted for over 4 years!! This one is even better than the original. I had to wait to buy because of Covid and breast cancer but I’m glad I did.
