Really good experience with the service team. They are upfront, honest, and super friendly. I had some work done that was covered under warranty, and the MacDonald team handled everything including dealing with the warranty claim, I just showed up and paid the portion that I was responsible for. There were no surprises. Everything was done quickly and professionally, I would absolutely recommend MacDonald motors service team.
Bought a car here a few months ago. Doug made the experience great. After that we have used the service department and that experience has also been great.
