We had great customer service and a seamless process during our purchase at Friendship. Our sales rep Casey was great, no high pressure sales tactics, and the entire team’s honesty throughout was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend the Friendship Team for your next car!

My husband and I had a very nice experience with Friendship Team of Forest City Dodge. And especially with our sales person Nate Bryson. They weren't pushy and were very helpful with answering questions we had. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Nate our salesman. Thanks again Nate. Dave and Nancy

Update: After leaving my original review (see towards the bottom), my car ended up broken down on the side of the road during my lunch break, less than a week after picking it up from Friendship. Needless to say, I was not happy. When I contacted the service department again, they said they were going to do all they could to make it right. I took the car back to them and ended up leaving it for about two weeks. While they still were unable to diagnose what was wrong, I ultimately decided to trade it. They gave me a fair price for it and helped me with finding the right one to purchase. Brooks Beam was great to work with and was very knowledgeable. In the end, while I originally had no intention of trading my Jeep, Friendship made the process as smooth and painless as possible. They brought my new Jeep from one of their dealerships in TN at no cost to me. The finance manager, Thomas, also helped get me into a warranty and service contract that actually lowered my payment and covers service to the Jeep for the next 100k miles. Original review: I took my vehicle here because I bought it from Friendship and it started messing up with the auto start/stop. It would have been extremely helpful if the lady who helped me schedule the appointment had informed me that there would be a nearly $200 charge, a “diagnostic fee” just for them to look at my car. It is also very frustrating to know that when I purchased my Jeep, I bought highest warranty and the finance manager told me it is “a bumper to bumper warranty, just like a new car” and yet they still charge a very high hourly rate just to look at the car. Will certainly check with other Jeep dealerships when getting my vehicle serviced in the future.
