I had never been to Feldman Chevrolet. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted kindly by my salesman Brendan B. He was very helpful, patient and understanding. At no point did I ever feel pressured. It was a very refreshing experience to say the least. I required numerous test drives with different vehicles as I was undecided. Brendan never complained and was so accommodating. His communication was excellent throughout the whole process! Brendan is a true professional and awesome at what he does! The finance manager was helpful and very thorough. After making my decision and coming back to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted as if I had been doing business with them for years! Needless to say I will be going back for all service as the “Feldman Experience” was unexpected but oh so appreciated! Do not hesitate to give them a chance as they definitely work to Earn your business which I like!

Mike Basmajian was great in searching to find me a red Traverse LT with the midnight package. I wanted leather, but he could only find one with cloth. Mike told me there was a service that does leather. They put leather in and it was fantastic. It was better than OEM GM seats. My brother Dave brought me to Mike and we will bringing more family and friends.

Team was awesome from the time I walked in the door with greetings, hospitality and to met new friends. The process was super smooth. I have never been to a dealership before where i picked out the vehicle and have all the paperwork signed in a couple of hours.
