The salesperson, Daniel Wadman, was able to answer all questions I had as well as those I hadn't even thought of. He was very patient and thorough. I have always dreaded trading vehicles due to pushiness of sales people and the feeling of being "rushed through" to make a quick deal. I was able to try out the vehicle I was interested in and given information regarding comparison of other vehicles on the lot. Both Daniel and the finance officer, Matt, explained all facets of the sale and the multitude of the paperwork. From the time I first walked through the door until I left the lot, I felt valued as a customer! I definitely will recommend Darling's to my friends thinking about a new or another vehicle.

I have bought many vehicles from Darlings over the past few years. I recently just traded in for a new Chrysler Pacifica. I had many boxes that I needed to be checked and I wanted a reasonable offer for my trade in. I searched all over the state of Maine looking for what I wanted and sent an email to Darlings requesting to build a new one. Immediately, Bill MacDonald emailed me back. I told him everything I wanted/needed. We set up a time to meet and at my arrival, I was surprised to see that he had two set up for me, one exactly what I wanted and one a little step up. Everything from then on was seamless. I think he started studying the van from the moment I reached out, because he knew what every button did and how everything worked. Tom appraised my trade in and gave me exactly what I was expecting, Aaron did all the finances with us and was speedy and quick, Darron gave us exquisite customer service- making us feel warm and welcome and of course Bill, was one of the best salesmen I think we have ever met.
