This dealership is amazingly professional and knowledgeable! Kudos to the service center, especially to Kyle! I continually was having problems with my new RAM truck, and the dealership where I bought it was not responding quickly. Laurel Valley took my truck, even when they were not the one that sold the Truck, got me a loaner, keep me updated of the status of the repair, and prioritized the repair. Best experience I have had in a long time with car service. Next time I need a new car, will certainly drive the 2 hrs to do business with this dealer.
