I went in on a Saturday looking to trade in my vehicle for a work van. Jader Chahin made it happen for me even helped me navigate through a few things I was having trouble with. This young man is a great Salesman! Finance department also made the deal happen for me. I'm very happy that I stopped by at Auto Nation Dodge.

Awesome experience as u purchased my new 2024 Ram 1500 Lone Star Built to Serve truck. All the sales, management , and finance staff did a great job. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this Autonation CDJR in Katy . Thanks again for all your help.

I'm a former used car salesman from PlanetFord where they rip everyone off and lie about everything so I am used to that kind of experience. AutoNation is totally different. We never actually did any inspection before selling a car but we said that we did do one just to get people to buy right now high pressure. So I didn't believe them. I took my new to me car to the best and most expensive mechanic in town. I paid nearly $400 for a full front to back inspection begging them to find something wrong with it while I had the five days to return it and they couldn't find anything wrong with the car at all. The car was fully detailed and was cleaner inside and out than a new car even under the hood was spotless. Used car dealers are notorious for trying to take advantage of people, but these guys really are honest. I didn't want to buy their service contract because my brother in law is a good mechanic with his own shop, but the F and I lady didn't pressure me to buy it, well not much. Lol. I love my new to me car. It's the nicest and cleanest car I have ever owned. My roommates and friends asked me if it was brand new, and it's eight years old and looks flawless. When they put this car on clearance with a wholesale book value price. I was expecting the worst, like it would be a messed up piece of junk like it is when a dealer adv
