I bought a new 2024 Jeep Wrangler RHD for this dealership last week. A few days later I had a problem with the door not closing. I took it to the nearest dealership, and they advised me the part would be a week at least. Dennis (My salesman) had my back on this. Knowing I use this Jeep for work, Max Motors pulled a part off one of their new jeeps and Dennis drove it over an hour and a half to Springfield on his day off to get it taken care of. Sales, Finance, and Service are best in the business, and they have earned a customer for life! Even the other dealership called me to brag on Dennis for going above and beyond.
