Joe, in the service department was really great! He kept me informed throughout the process when having a new set of tires installed on my Ram. He made sure his shuttle driver drove me where I needed to go so I could be productive while my truck was in his shop, and he texted me as soon as it was completed. He let me know that his driver was on the way to bring me back to the dealership. The parts department ordered the tires I requested and let me know as soon as they arrived. The tire pricing was very competitive with the local tire shops. I felt that they really wanted my business and were willing to put in the work to get it, and they did! When I got back to the dealership, Joe had the paperwork prepared, prices were exactly what he quoted, and I was out the door in just a few minutes & able to get on with my busy day. I had tires installed on my wife's truck as well and received the same level of service. I'll be back to this dealership for sure. Thanks, Joe!

Joseph was great. He kept me informed of issues related to my routine maintenance through text. I got a complimentary shuttle service back to work and got picked up once everything was finished. Brought in my Pacifica for repairs relating to a manufacturer's recall. All the staff with whom I interacted were very courteous, helpful and efficient. The service facility was clean and well maintained. Very professional operation!
