I have a '23 RAM Longhorn Edition and on Monday 3/18 a ton of lights illuminated on my dash, including check engine and ABS, and some messages and the remote start wouldn't work. I called the dealership that I bought this truck at ($75k btw) and they acted like they could care less and that it was "probably nothing" and that the next appointment was 4/17, yes a MONTH from now. I was like, Forget This! I then called Prestige RAM and was greeted with an extremely nice service person named Clint (like Eastwood he said), I told him what was going on and he said can you get it here 1st thing in the morning? I was like, you mean tomorrow? He said yes. I dropped off my truck, feeling duped by the original dealer, that night. The very next day at 12:40 Clint called me with all of the info on what was wrong with my truck and that it was all covered by my warranty and the culprit for all of this was a pinched wire from the factory and wait for it...my truck was FINISHED! Clint, you have shown what it is like to be a human and understand what our vehicles mean to us, and have earned my business forever! If you want it done right, make the drive to Longmont and see Clint, he will treat you like you matter! The truck pictured is on the road today because of Clint and his team of experts! We are forever grateful! The Thompson Family
