I had my recently acquired vehicle serviced here under warranty. The staff at LCDJR made the process very easy and smooth. I had them pick up and deliver my vehicle as I was at work. The service advisor I dealt with, Caitlyn , was very polite and helpful. Very thorough as well. The two gentlemen that picked up and dropped off my vehicle ( I did not get the chance to get their names) were also pleasant to deal with. We loved our experience. Scott and others went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and gave us exactly what we were looking for in our vehicle and paperwork and setting up of our vehicle. Above and beyond a wonderful experience plus a beautiful vehicle in which we are totally satisfied with as well as the staff being friendly and knowledgeable. Hats off to staff at laurel.
