J Star could change their name to 5 Star because that's the treatment we received from this amazing family owned dealership! I fortunately chose Dawn Kinny from a drop-down list of sales people in an app. She was the most communicative and thorough salesperson I have ever dealt with. She was comfortable with texting and didn't pressure me to immediately drive to their dealership to discuss the deal. I very much appreciated her willingness to communicate this way because we all know the whole process of buying a car is excruciatingly painful. The entire team at J Star went above and beyond to make my family happy with the deal! We received financing from our local credit union before going, but the team was able to beat our credit union rates significantly. We really felt like they cared about our happiness and getting us the best possible deal and rates. We've always been a Dodge family but went there to buy a used, non Dodge car, and they treated us like we were buying the top of the line new vehicle. I appreciate the excellent service that Dawn, Bill, the sales manager, and the entire J Star team provided for our experience. This was seriously the easiest car buying process we have ever experienced! Thank you, J STAR!
