Isaiah Williams was my salesman and he made the stress of buying a new pickup enjoyable with his upbeat energy. He made sure I got into the pickup I need/wanted. Took my truck in to have an exhaust leak at the manifold addressed and fixed. Paid a pretty penny and went on my way. Not even two days later it was leaking again. Before I took it in again, I recorded which side had the issue (drivers side which was just fixed), the passenger side wasn't as bad, but still a little leaky. Brought the truck in for a recheck, and they tried to charge me a diagnostic fee because the check engine light was illuminated. Eventually they worked with me to set that straight, but it took more convincing than it should have. At this time (second repair), I noticed the drivers side was miraculously fixed, and the passenger side seemed to be the problem now. Beyond fed up and financially exhausted, I took my truck to a local shop where they fixed the passenger side, and upon doing so, told me the drivers side was leaking. Again. So I came right back to Eide to get them to fix my truck, and it was like trying to move a mountain. For the longest time no one would budge to fix their mistake. After a long struggle they finally decided the best course of action would be to refund me, which I accepted. I then took it back to the local shop and haven't had problems since. If the technician at Eide had done the job properly instead of just sliding a gasket between the surfaces, they would have found a crack on my manifold, which was causing the problem. I'm beyond disappointed. The sales people are nice though, but I don't plan on doing business with a shop that can't stand behind their work.
