My wife purchased a used F150 and absolutely loves it. During transition also purchased a new Jeep, had some issues with the initial salesperson that caused a rocky start while dealing with Jensen, I will admit was quite upset about how things were going. After my initial frustration was passed along I was contacted by one of the managers named Dan and got everything sorted out and am thoroughly amazed by the kind hearted and reasonable manner to help the consumer out. Leaps and bounds satisfied with the resolution and how hard the Jensen team went to make a bad situation into a good one. It speaks more volume to how a company helps the consumer after an issue arises versus the company who either ignores the issue or never gets the opportunity to make it right.
