Best buying experience I’ve ever had! We were shopping for a fifth wheel trailer with multiple slides as we had to temporarily move out of our house for health reasons. Our sales representative at SVG, Shane, was kind and compassionate and if we had questions, was quick to find answers. After we purchased the trailer, SVG’s service department went over it with a fine toothed comb to make sure everything was sealed and functioning. Josh, the lead technician was so kind and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and attended to all of our needs concerning the trailer. Unbelievably, Josh delivered the trailer free of charge to our home, AND set it up for us. During the first weeks, we had a couple of small glitches and questions, and he came back out on his own time two or three times to fix small things and install a few components that he had on order for the trailer. None of this was charged. The trailer itself is wonderful and just what we needed. We felt super taken care of by the staff at SVG who were not only professional, but kind as well, going well above and beyond what most auto/rv dealers would do. Highly recommend! Five stars!
