I came up from Atlanta to help my son purchase this truck. My first new car purchase was back in 1976, so this has become second nature to me. Before I made the trip I contacted several dealerships through the Ram website, Edmunds and Autotrader. The folks at Fayetteville Dodge Ram were the first to contact me and keep me informed about inventory on site. We met Kristen when we arrived and very quickly felt at ease. She is personable, friendly and has a great sense of humor as well as being very patient. Even though she is a fairly new employee, I hope the GM realizes that she is a gem and a keeper. If my son is still stationed at Liberty when I’m ready to buy a new truck, I’ll wait until I’m visiting and buy through Kristen and Fayetteville Dodge ram. Robin in finance was amazing as well. I have walked out on car deals when it came to the financing. The super high pressure to buy all the add ons. Robin told us about them and when we said we were not interested she was professional and moved on. She is friendly and interesting. We spoke on a variety of topics, agreed on most, truly a genuine person.
