2026 Dodge Durango GT HEMI Plus V8 AWD

Wayne, in service and Brittany the service manager are amazing! Had an issue with my Dodge Durango that was pretty complex and turned out to be wiring. Did need to make a appointment however when they work on the vehicle. They do a very thorough job. Will definitely be back for service and a new vehicle when my son turns 16 next year. I appreciate this team's patience with my temperamental vehicle. Another thing is that if any factory parts are replaced, they cover a 2-year warranty on those if there's any issue with those same parts. Again, thoroughly pleased with service and I greatly appreciate it.

We bought an awesome Ram Rebel pickup truck, and Bob Schmitz was our salesperson. Bob is the man! He was able to find the Rebel at another Hertrich location and have it delivered to Pocomoke. It was detailed and spic and span when we arrived to pick it up. Great truck and great experience! Fast forward almost a year, and we just didn't drive the Rebel as much as we thought we would. We took the Rebel back down to Bob at Hertrich. Nicole, the general manager, worked with Bob and bought the Rebel back from us for a great price! It was a great all-around experience and we will miss that truck. Highly recommend Bob and Nicole for all of your vehicle needs. We will be customers for life!

A nice CDJR dealership in Pokomoke City.. we were greeted and treated nicely. And even though we informed our sales rep that we were just starting our search... he was helpful and informative... I may just go back there in a couple of months and drop 70k on a new SUV...
