2026 Dodge Durango GT HEMI Premium V8 AWD

My car started to overheat around Fairbault, so I brought it into the service department. Joe and his team spent over 30 min helping to figure out the issue and fixing it! I didn’t even have an appointment and they stopped what they were doing to help! I can’t thank them and specifically Joe for helping me get back on the road. They were so kind in my time of panic. Thank you so much!!!!

Wow! We were driving from Iowa home to North Dakota and my engine started misfiring about 3 miles from Faribault at 3:03 PM. I immediately googled a Dodge/Chrysler dealership and Harry Brown's popped up. We coasted into town, drove to the dealership, drove up to the repair door, the door opened and in we drove. We were greeted instantly by a woman who helped my wife carry her bags and my 2 year old son into the waiting room. She also immediately spoiled my son with toys and cookies, he loved it! Meanwhile I explained my issue to the service desk and within a minute they had a code reader plugged into my vehicle. A minute later service advisor Joseph K looked over the codes, I needed a fuel injector replaced. I was a little worried they wouldn't be able to complete the repair before end of day since they looked rather busy but I was pleasantly surprised when Joseph said they could get at it right away. At 4:30 PM we were fixed up and on the road, only a hour and a half after break down. The staff seemed really friendly and accommodating and I am very happy with the quick work to get us on our way home!

Rode down with my friend to get his new used pickup and everyone was so nice and helpful
