2026 Dodge Durango GT HEMI Plus V8 AWD

I recently bought a vehicle from a different dealership that needed work. Jackson’s was the location closest to me and they went above and beyond with helping me get some things taken care of! The service manager specifically was extremely helpful and on top of his game getting me in and out of the shop in great time! I will definitely be coming here in the future! Highly recommend!

So I went in on Wednesday the 3rd to have my truck serviced and I ended up having other issues with it which during the holidays it wasn't gonna be fixed til the following week and I had planned a 4 day vacation with my and kids and I and I planned on pulling my camper to the lake for the holiday weekend and I thought I almost had to cancel my plans that I had already paid for but after doing some talking with Will from the service department and Shane as well these fellers hooked me up with a loaner truck so my plans wasn't completely wasted to me it was a HUGE blessing so I myself wanna give a big shout out to jacksons of enid very awesome crew and I am very thankful for what they did just goes to show people out there still have hearts thank you very much

Will in the service department was really great, the whole service department was easy to deal with, I live in Dallas and it’s always a pain to go to the dealerships. I think from now on I’m gonna travel to Enid to get my service when I’m in the area.
