My last car buying experience was a complete nightmare, so I was not looking forward to car shopping after my car was totaled out last month. The entire staff was just amazing! My sales guy, Chris, was OUTSTANDING. I had to wait for my payout for weeks but he was so understanding and kind and personable. We shared lots of random stories together while we made calls back and forth waiting for payout. I didn’t feel like I was just a sale to him. When I picked up ‘Jetsom’ yesterday she was so beautiful and ready for me to take home. He took the time to show me how everything worked, even blue-toothed my phone to it. He made a point to call me later that day to make sure I made it home ok. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had with anything in a long time! If you stop in to look for a vehicle, ask for Chris!

I have driven Jeeps for 10 years, with my previous 2 being Grand Cherokees. In that 10 year period, I have always done the services on the vehicles at Don Miller, although I had never bought a vehicle from them. The service center and the Express Lane have always been convenient and reliable. I probably do a lap through their lot on a monthly basis, always dreaming of one day owning a Wrangler. As my previous vehicle was approaching its' 10th year, I figured it was a good time to start browsing for its' replacement. The thought of owning a Wrangler never left my mind, but it always seemed unrealistic for many reasons. With the release of the 4xe and the ability to charge the vehicle at work, I figured now was as good of time as any to make this a reality. I began browsing Don Miller's website and was promptly contacted by Dan Neckar. He set up a time for me to come look at a Jeep Wrangler 4xe Willys they had on the lot. Once I arrived, I was introduced to Andre Bauswell who would help me along the purchasing process. Andre had expert knowledge of the vehicle and the technology in it, answering all of my questions and concerns with great detail. By the end of the buying process, I felt like I had the knowledge to sell the vehicle with all that I had learned from Andre. I took about a week to make my final decision on the vehicle and never once felt pressure from anyone. Erik and Ben were also great to work with in this process. Overall, this was a top tier experience. Andre and the Don Miller team made my first Wrangler and first new vehicle experience a delight.
