Went in looking for a Bronco having spoken to Joel hours prior. Showed the vehicle but given my current situation weren’t able to make a deal. Instead of leaving it at that he cane to my wife and I with other options after being screwed by another dealership a year prior with the trade in. We liked the Gladiator we were shown and were given a number after test driving. We were hesitant at first but they broke the numbers down for us and explained why and how it would help us in the long run. We agreed on a price and the rest is history.
