What a great experience! Started with chatting via email about a truck that was “coming soon” to us driving down from LA and them having the truck ready for us to see it. My car was totaled in a not my fault accident in March. I've been searching online and in person all across southern California for a replacement. Until I met Donny at AutoNation in Carlsbad. If you need a Jeep go see Pressley Davis at AutoNation Jeep. Had a great car buying experience from when I first walked in the door. Everyone was friendly and greeted us with smiles. Everything went smoothly in the process. GM Alex paid us a visit after we were finished with the buying process, which was a great gesture of gratitude. I didn’t know Autonation was a big corporation until they let me know, it just felt like a small business where everyone was glad to say hi.
