Had the best car experience of my life (and I've gone through this process, 5 other times) huge respect for our financial manager Anthony G, and our salesman Mike. I don't think I will ever buy anything that isn't stamped with Outten on it. Respectful and polite, extremely friendly and all around great crew. Anthony is def in the business of doing anything in his power to make a deal happen that fits YOUR budget. Doesn't make you feel pressured or put you into anything that you'll become upside down in. Great, honest and hardworking establishment. I'd give 10 stars if I could. A+

I have been having service on my vehicles because staff is knowledgeable and very cordial. Jack Krupilis, service tech, always explains whats up with your vehicle and discusses maintenance plan. He is the biggest asset to the service department. I always request Jack to service my vehicles. Cindy Gontz is always pleasant and cordial when making your service appointment.
