I have a Chrysler Sebring hardtop convertible 2008 that's in very good condition and has only 30,000 + mi. on it... I needed a few things done made the appointment very easily... The service department was top notch... While I was waiting everybody that I saw doing their jobs all smiled and asked me if I needed a refreshment or coffee or help with anything wonderful absolutely fantastic people from the owner and to everyone else... OUTSTANDING Customer Service, above and beyond! As I am a transplant from CT my Jeep Wrangler wasn't purchased from Mullen Motors. After moving to LI and hearing rave reviews about them I decided to make an appointment for my car inspection and tune-up. Not only was it easy to schedule, the wait time was short and I was given updates as to exactly what needed to be done as well as the cost. I've been going back ever since for all of my servicing and I would recommend Mullen Motors to anyone wanting to be treated like family. They are the best, and I'll always remain a loyal customer.
