An absolute blessing every time I reach out to Bobby Castrucci and his team! Long story short, my daughter totaled her Jeep (bent frame, she’s ok) and we were in a bad way with needing another vehicle. Bobby, Caleb and whomever else that I passed and talked to were more than willing to help my family in any way to get my 19 yr old daughter a car she would not just HAVE to drive going forward, but would WANT to drive. I’ve been taking my Jeep Cherokee here for service for many years now. Sammy, who works in the service department, has always been wonderful to work with. There has been a few times where she’s gone above and beyond to make sure I’m well taken care of. If I owned dealership, she’d be the exact person I’d want managing and running my service department.
