I went in on a simple inquiry about a dodge challenger that I was interested in buying. At first things were going well but it turned out the numbers I received were wrong, and I couldn't purchase the vehicle I wanted. However, the dealership staff were quick and efficient working through the mistake and it was figured out same day. I walked out with a different vehicle but a great one nonetheless. The entire dealership was working fast to make sure I had a fantastic experience. I am currently still in contact with the dealership in making sure I keep my vehicle clean and up to date. Had a service recall on my 2016 ram pro master city Van my service advisor was Fonzie he was awesome did a fabulous job I was supposed to get it back in 3 1/2 days and he got it back to me a day early only took 2 1/2 days I thought he did a fabulous job and he got back to me early I was really surprised... The work done was fantastic everything was great they replaced the entire exhaust system from the manifold to the catalytic converter. Never worked with Fonzie before but he is now my go to guy! If ya ever need service call Pharmacy the service advisor he does a great job. And it's really easy to work with... I give him 5 stars plus!
Dropped off my truck for a variable turbo valve replacement. It’s been haunting me for over 4 years. My service Advisor Fonzie is the best. I explained that the valve is covered by an extended service/recall for 15 years or 150,000 miles. My 2015 currently has under 50k. Took a couple weeks to get it in the shop and they had it completed in a week. Excellent customer service and time will tell on the part. Fonzie did excellent at keeping me informed on the repair.
