I did not but a car today, but couldn’t be happier with Adrian and my experience at Bert Ogden. I explained that I love my current vehicle, but was trying to lower my payment if possible while getting into a forever vehicle not just something to lower my payment. Adrian took the time to look into everything and sit down and tell me what the possibilities were. I could have gotten into a car and he could have made a sale today, he paid attention to what my needs were and gave me some great recommendations to be able to be in a better place And make decisions that are going to be best in the long run, not the short term. I will forever be a Bert Ogden customer because of my experience today.

Mauricio was awesome. He gave us a tour of the different Bert Ogden locations, let us test drive multiple cars. After being indecisive, he brought the car to my home the next day to take it around my neighborhood while explaining features. He was not a high pressure salesman, was friendly and went above and beyond. In the end, I purchased the vehicle I tested three separate times. Highly recommended.
