13 March 2024 The service department is phenomenal! The diesel technician is as good as any tech I’ve ever been around. I am saying this as a former tech, an Automotive Technology Instructor, and a Director/Principal at a Technical School. The service writer and the service manager are always eager to help and make information concerning needed repairs easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing service work on a vehicle. Had Great experience with cullman Dodge Ram with getting my 2024 Ram 1500 limited Sales rap I had Mr. Dink Tucker , he was very knowledgeable and help full from ordering my truck till Delivary and after driving home to check on it to make sure everything is well also finance dept.
