2026 Dodge Durango GT HEMI Plus V8 AWD

All around excellent experience at East Hills Jeep over the past few weeks! First, my Jeep Grand Cherokee needed service. I spoke to Ingrid and played her the sound it was making and she immediately had the service department call me to set up my appointment. My appointment went flawless thanks to Mike Casey who kept in contact consistently and explained everything down to a T. Fast forward a few weeks later and my fiancée was ready to upgrade from his Jeep Gladiator to something nicer. Ingrid spent nearly all day with us, showing us different vehicles, pricing everything out and going into detail about each option. We eventually went through with purchasing a 2024 Grand Cherokee 4xe and could NOT be happier! Ingrid was (as always) super up front about everything, professional and had the car cleaned and ready for us by the end of the day. This is our 3rd car we have purchased with Ingrid and we have every intention of only doing business with her, at East Hills Jeep, for as long as she is there. Thank you Ingrid and thank you Mike Casey for two wonderful experiences recently! You guys have made us customers for life.

I brought my truck in on a Wednesday afternoon for service. I asked if I could get it back before the weekend, and was told the shop was very busy and that there was no guarantee that it could happen. Well, my service advisor, Danny Son stayed on top of the service job and then was able to get the car to me early on Friday, which I had assumed wouldn’t happen. He and Raphael in the shop really pushed it for me and it was much appreciated. They were able to determine the exact issue and then worked on it promptly. Great service. I always like to work with Danny because he always tries his best to satisfy the customer.

Came in to have my dashboard reupholstered and my sunroof fixed. I am happy to report that the service manager Mike was extremely friendly and helped me to get my car back in perfect shape. Thanks so much guys!
