Always great service and care about our vehicles. It's a 4th one in our garage in past 6 years and I can highly recommend Justin Langman as a salesman. He is knowledgeable , very friendly and always on top of the track what customer is looking for when buying a car. 5 stars for sure!!! Overall Customer service is excellent and knowledgeable. Great team work in every department every time I get there from advisors hands to tech-repair to sales and management of course. Always feel welcome and comfortable at the dealership.

Both rear fenders ( plastic) on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler were loose and in jeopardy of falling off. I went to the local Jeep dealer, Firkins, to purchase the rivets, pushpins and etcetera but quickly realized this repair was above my pay grade. Ultimately I ended up in the body shop where I met Katie. She asked for the keys and said she would have a technician check it and she would get back to me. While waiting for the estimate I was envisioning a future appointment and a multi-hundred dollar charge. A little while later she returned with the repair work done and said there would be no charge for this work. I was blown away, totally. Thank you Katie and the entire Firkins team. You were all unbelievable!
