I had a general idea of the kind of vehicle I needed (for towing but also for family trips), and Scott Wiersema (my sales person) showed me a number of possible options. When he saw my face light up with the Chevy Traverse he encouraged me to take it for a test drive with my wife. I got a good deal trading in my Honda Odyssey.
