2026 Dodge Durango GT HEMI Plus V8 AWD

I brought my in for the second time for the same exact problems. When I first purchase my car months ago everything was ok besides a knocking sound whenever I hit bumps and humps. As you can see my car is still showing to service the tire system. I had to rush to Gerry Lane from working out of New Orleans last night only to find my car was still not 100 percent fixed! I test drove my car and still heard a noise once I hit a bump, the tire pressure for front passenger tire don’t work! This is the second vehicle that I’ve purchase from here. Angie text me that my car was ready but it’s not! I just want my car fixed right for once! I can guarantee you that if I take my car to any other Gerry Lane dealership they will find the same problems I’m complaining about!

Service Team was awesome! Quickly handled my needs , kept communication open with me and had me back in my Jeep as fast as they could ! They were very busy with lots of vehicles awaiting service but they made me feel I was their only Customer!!!!!!

Felt very welcomed when there. Never felt pressured what so ever while being at the dealership trying to workout deal for the jeep I was wanting to purchase. Really genuine people and service.
