Jack Gremillion was our salesman. He did a great job!! We drove over 2 hours to purchase a car here and had such a good experience with the dealership. The rest of the staff were very friendly also.

I've been shopping for a van for a while and they had one that interested me. Jack showed me the van and was able to test drive the vehicle, but I wanted to look at other options at other dealerships. They followed up respectfully and even sent me a personalized video of the van. When I returned 10 days later, Jack was unavailable but Dean helped me take another test drive and Joey seamlessly stepped in to help with closing the deal. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and helpful and I ultimately got exaclty the vehicle that I wanted at an acceptable price. Joey even noted that, on top of the 3 mo/3,000 mi dealer warranty that I hadn't seen the first time I was there, I would receive 4 free oil changes and tire rotations! Now that's customer service!

Had to have major work done, every dealership service department gave me the run around, some even telling me to drop my truck off and it will be on waiting list, about 3 months before they look at it, another had me drop truck off and they never even looked at it for a week and called me and said that they couldn't do anything because they are to booked, that I needed to bring it to a Ford dealership. Nicole who works at this dealership told me I need to bring it there, even though it's an hour from my home. I took it here 2 times for separate unrelated issues and Abby took care of everything with scheduling and insurance, she kept me informed every step of the way. Jeremy Ross the mechanic did excellent work and faster than expected. My truck runs better now than when I bought it. Katie made sure my truck was clean before I received it. These people are nothing like any dealership service department I have ever dealt with. They are true professionals, very good at what they do and I highly recommend them. I will definitely buy my next truck there instead of anywhere else.
