It was always a very pleasant, easy and enjoyable experience at Southpoint. Got my jeep rubicon serviced here often. they were especially helpful when my battery died and we replaced it with a battery from AutoZone. Unfortunately, the battery from AutoZone was completely defective. I had to have my jeep towed Southpoint. They quickly fixed the problem. And I was back on the road in a few hours. Thanks Southpoint you guys really do a good job.

After purchasing a used vehicle from another dealership I had to bring my Jeep in. After diagnosing the issues Levi and Bailey went above and beyond to work with the dealership where the vehicle was purchased. They both showed that going above what is needed goes a long way. Great customer service and communication all around from Levi!
