This dealership has a lot of incredible people, especially Terry - the service supervisor. He has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to provide the best experience for my family and I. We also enjoy hanging out in the showroom, while we wait for oil changes, etc., as there is always fresh popcorn and cookies waiting! The ladies that work behind the counter in the lounge area are always very accommodating and kind. We have been loyal to the Jeep brand for many, many years (going on 15+) and look forward to exploring our options with the Vatland dealership in the next couple months as our lease expires. A++

Brandon was a great help throughout the car buying experience. He answered all of my questions throughout and provided great customer service. The entire process was smooth and quick, given I live about an hour away from this dealership, Brandon made sure everything was set and ready to sign by the time I got there to drive off with the car.
