I have bought many cars and pickups over the years from dealerships in Virginia, North Carolina, Delaware, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and in Japan. Shopped at mega-size dealerships and mom & pop shops. Perhaps just three times in these decades have I thought I got "5 Star" quality sales service; treated right, vehicle fairly priced, neither the salesperson nor the finance trying to upsell me on nonsense items, costs and services. One of these three 5 Star deals was struck yesterday with Tri-City Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Kia in Eden, North Carolina. It's a small town/area dealership I highly recommend if you want to consider any of these car brands. Salesperson Leah Wright was excellent and the finance office was no nonsense and no pressure upselling---exactly what I like. The sales folks at Tri-City are true professionals. If you want to buy a new or used vehicle, I recommend you consider making Tri-City in Eden, NC one of your stops.

Travis with Tri-City Jeep is first class! By far the best purchase experience I've had in my Jeep life. Having a salesperson willing to work by email is one thing, having one that is as responsive as Travis is an entire different ball game. First class communications. Made the ordering process a cinch.
