2026 Dodge Durango GT HEMI Plus V8 AWD

Ww have bought a 2017 F150 from Fremont Sheridan in 2017, and were very pleased with their sale. However, we were less than satisfied with the delivery of our 2023 Ford Ranger Lariat on 7/25/2023, because our delivery was rushed and a deep scratch obviously from the factory (as the iconic silver paint within the scratch) was not disclosed to us or offered to repair it. We called and wrote to our salesperson, but our communications were unanswered. So, our first review (which now apparently has been deleted) was less than favorable, attesting to our experience. However, yesterday we received a call from Mike Alano, the General Mgr himself, apologizing for our experience and since we are 250 miles from Cody (and even 92 miles from Idaho Falls) offered us to find a body shop or painting shop near us to fix it and offered to pay for the cost. Thank you, Mike Alano. You have restored our faith in Fremont dealerships Customer Service.
