Chauncey is the best salesman I’ve ever encountered before. His passion for providing Top-Notch Customer Service is phenomenal. I want to say that the service department and body shop are both lacking in quality service because it took 5 110 mile trips to the dealership to get my truck fixed right. I would like to mention that Mitch, the Sales Manager, is THE BEST SALES MANAGER I’VE EVER DEALT WITH IN 40 years of purchasing a vehicle. Mitch went above and beyond to help me with being a completely satisfied customer when all was said and done. I want to thank Mitch from the bottom of my heart for all that he did to ensure I was happy with my truck and it was fixed right. Todd, the General Manager, worked with Mitch to ensure I left the dealership completely satisfied and never did figure out how my truck was damaged during shipment so I’m still waiting to hear from him. I wish I could add pictures of the truck before and after so everyone could see exactly what it looked like. I can’t leave out Marcus because he was a tremendous help to me in the process of finally getting my truck back fixed right. Thank you Marcus for all your help. He’s a great guy who works in the service department.

My salesman, Clement, was fully devoted to my satisfaction. I set him a near-impossible checklist and bargained hard, but he still put in the work to get me everything I wanted. Their finance managers are real people who will work with speed and confidentiality to secure you the best deal possible. Fowler does everything in their power to satisfy their customers. They have a loaner program for times when your car will be in the shop for a while, great rewards programs, flexible financing, and their trade-in prices are based on publicly-available JD Power evaluations. I drove off with a car I love, and would do so again. Frankly, after my excellent treatment by Fowler time & time again, I can’t go anywhere else. Keep up the great work!
