I had an amazing experience at Sansone Jeep! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The sales team was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, which I truly appreciated. I was able to find the perfect car at a great price, and the financing process was seamless. A special thanks to Steve for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and highly recommend Sansone Jeep to anyone looking for a new or used Jeep!!

Wonderful experience from start to end! Walked in knowing what I wanted, was able to quickly and fairly negotiate the price and get out the door with my beautiful new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Brian the business manager was phenomenal and straight to the point. Love that i was in and out! 10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!

My service advisor, AJ, did a great job. He was really knowledgeable and it appears my Jeep issues have all been fixed with warranty. The customer service was good for the most part if I could get ahold of someone. My car took longer than expected, but I understand that the staff had no control over when the parts would arrive. One thing I will say for sure is that you guys need to hire more staff! It's extremely frustrating getting transferred around and not being able to talk to someone to get an update just because my advisor had a couple of days off. Business as usual shouldn't halt due to one member being out, regardless of how knowledgeable they are. The car ended up being there for a week, not a horrible experience but not ideal either. I am more upset with the brand (Jeep) than I am with the service department. How does a 2024 Jeep with 500 miles need to be in the shop for a week? FYI, I didn't purchase the car from this dealership, so the defect isn't on Sansone.
