There’s a first time for everything and it took me 35 years to purchase my own car. It was easy to get set up for a visit and test drive, my concerns were held with priority and dignity. Kevin had the shop guys fix a couple problems and accepted my hold and down payment without pressure or ridicule. We set a reasonable price, secured a do able interest rate and financed in house a comfortable monthly payment from my bank. The entire process was swift and easy going, it felt like chatting with an old friend. 5 stars for my new buddy, Kev. Looking forward to my new Jeep life ??
Just want to shout out Kevin Davis and the rest of the team of people I worked with at Ken Ganley over the weekend. I found a car online, I messaged Kevin their salesmen and he told me I could head right in, then a short time later I drove it home. It was that easy! This is the second vehicle over 11 years that I have bought from Kevin, and when needed I wouldn't hesitate to go back!
Highly recommend this dealership for repairs. Super helpful and friendly staff. Went in for a repair under warranty and it was taken care of right away. When I go in for scheduled maintenance they are thorough and efficient. Young man in sales was super nice, I was just walking around the showroom to kill some time and we had a nice friendly chat. They seem busy all the time but they get people in and out pretty quickly.
